MS. GRAY provides Voice-Safe Campus System installation, training, and consulting services to higher education institutions. All engagements begin with a diagnostic assessment to determine fit and align on outcomes.
We mutually set a retention KPI for a defined cohort. If we don't hit the agreed delta within one academic term, we continue for 30 days at no cost to close the gap.
If priorities shift within the first 90 days of engagement, you can convert unused value to staff certifications and office-hours support.
We work with a maximum of 6 campuses per quarter to ensure quality implementation and measurable outcomes. Engagements are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis following diagnostic approval.
